Served as a Graduate Student Facilitator in the PDAL 2026, a teacher immersion program at Virginia Tech. Assisted Prof. Justin Barone in conducting the workshop “Chemistry and Physics of Gummy Bears”, engaging secondary school teachers in hands-on food science education and demonstrating how ingredients and processing influence gummy texture and flavor.
